1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns for brand new, unopened, and uninstalled products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition. Any items that have been opened, used, or installed will not be accepted for return.

2. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Restocking Fee
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover the processing and handling of returned items.

4. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@996enthusiasts.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we confirm your return eligibility, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving our return instructions.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original product (subject to our return policy) and place a new order for the item you desire.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@996enthusiasts.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue, including providing a return shipping label for the defective item at no cost to you.

8. Final Sale Items
Certain items, such as clearance, discounted, or special order products, may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly noted on the product page.
